"When all else fails, she tolds you with broken arms." its meant to be about heroin, its saying drugs will always be their for you even when times are bad, "she hold you with broken arms" its saying it consols you no matter how bad the drug is for you user but i belive music is open for diffrent opinions. i look at this as a very fucked up relationship witch also makes sence with drugs cuz they are the closest thing to you especial with heroin |
