| The song is about drinking and the love of brandy, it was first made by Ron Sexsmith in the 70's, he was inspired by John Lennon and Harry's love for the drink. Feist then remade the song in '07. Beautiful song though and here is website if anyone wants to here Ron's version of the song. I prefer Feist's version since I am a female but his is good for men if they want to sing the song for a woman.
