| Beyoncé – Halo Lyrics | 16 years ago |

Okay this is what I think. "Remember those walls I built Well baby they're tumbling them down And they didnt even put up a fight They didnt even make a sound" Means she put up a shield to keep people from getting close to her, but for him she's seen that he's worth getting under her skin and behind it. "I found a way to let you in But I never really had a doubt Standin in the light of your Halo I got my angel now" Basically quite obvious; it means she's always been looking for a guy who she can have as her own personal angel and she found them. "Its like Ive been awakened Every rule I had you breakin Its the risk that im takin I aint never gonna shut you out" Well basically just stating everything with him, like what effects he's had on her etc. "Everywhere Im lookin now Im surrounded by your embrace" Everything reminds her of him "Baby I can see your Halo You know youre my saving grace" I guess he saved her from herself maybe? if not from everything else "Youre everything I need and more Its written all over your face Baby I can feel your Halo Pray it wont fade away" She doesn't want anything with him to go, like how good he is and how wonderful he treats her. Also, I think the first two lines might go with how he looks at her, when she looks in his eyes she can see how he loves her and she knows he's her everything "Hit me like a ray of sun Burning through my darkest night" How hard and strong she fell for him/loves him "Youre the only one that I want Think im addicted to your light" He's like her own personal drug basically "I swore Id never fall again But this dont even feel like falling" She said she'd never fall in love because she's been hurt too many times but this guy is proving to be worth it "Gravity cant begin To pull me to the ground again" True and real love like this makes you feel like you're floating on air, so she's saying the feeling's so strong that not even gravity could bring her down I can relate to this song in EVERY way because this is what it's like with me and my boyfriend. I listen to this song countless times on end everyday because it makes me cry |

Pretty much like, about Mitchie and how she feels about everything Not about Tess and everything More so about her saying "I have dreams I want to get to and the only way is for me to believe in myself, because they might not happen. But I'm sick of hiding so here you are, this is me and this is what I know I was born to do" |

It's pretty obvious The love they have for music and how much they just want to play it, etc |

Clearly it's about Shane finding "that" girl with the voice he heard. It's amazing though. |

There's like two ways to look at this Either it's about her mum and her family, and how she's never there and she (Tess) wants her to change that OR It's about her and a boyfriend, maybe about Shane Gray in the movie? I dunno. I'm just judging these songs around the movie cause I watched a behind the scenes thing on it. |

| This song's quite superficial hahah, it definitely matches Tess' personality in the movie. | |
| Demi Lovato – Believe In Me Lyrics | 17 years ago |

But yeah, basically, this song speaks for itself. She's having a hard time believing in herself and she's so confused about everything; she has to fake a smile for everybody. But eventually in the end, she sees what everyone sees in her. |

Okay, so I think this is probably a good example of how Miss Lovato is going to go far in the music industry. I know she's only young, she's on Disney and she didn't write this all herself, but she did help contribute and that's what people should focus on. Her voice is incredible and I swear she's going to be like Christina Aguilera when she's older; so aware of her voice and how she can use it to the best of her abilities. I know she's already doing that now, but imagine her in ten years time? Just because she's famous for Disney, doesn't mean she can't do better than that. I hate how everyone seems to be comparing her and Selena to Miley. They're all different people and nobody is trying to knock anybody off. I'm eighteen but I can proudly say that I absolutely adore Demi. She has an amazing voice and I think she really is possibly one of the best role models out there that kids can look up to. Sure, the cutting thing with her wasn't so good but I mean, I wouldn't be surprised that something like that would happen with her. Not everyone is perfect, but they do their best. I definitely listen to this song most days when I feel bad because there's something in it that always puts me in a better mood. |

Lol, that's funny. Everyone has commented on how much they love it, but no one except txdreamer commented on what they think it means? Anyway @txdreamer; I totally agree with you there. It's not about what you achieve as much as it is about the journey there, and the experiences you learn along the way. Like, climbing a ladder; you'll be happy once you're at the top but climbing it and what you've gone through means more and makes you appreciate it more. It's funny cause this song is totally how me and my boyfriend are. We're in a LDR and it's just like, having the distance between us and getting through that makes it more important, because we appreciate each other a lot more and we're a lot stronger than most couples because of it. Anyway, yeah, Miley's songs are mostly cheesy. But they're written for mainly "Hannah Montana" fans right? Which vary probably from around 5/6 - 10/11. My 14 year old sister loves her and I think aside from the fact all those photos got leaked, she is kind of a little bit decent. At least she isn't like Jamie Lynn Spears and flashing her pregnancy everywhere. |
