Seriously late reply, but I bought a copy of A City by the Light Divided at a Thursday show in 2007 in the UK & it's on that CD. But the song comes up as being called "Counting 5-4-3-2-1 (Reprise)". |

It could possibly be about Anthony's dad. Anthony could be named after his dad (so his dad could be known as Tony). It is called "Paternal reversal" after all, implying that the role of father has been reversed.
Although saying "your" family kind of contradicts that. |
