| Paolo Nutini – Loving You Lyrics | 17 years ago |

Prowess means extreme talent, so it's like I love how youre so good at everything you do. The song reminded me of "Let's Get It On" too! and I would NOT mind getting it on with Paolo Nutini. :) This song & that man are incredibly sexy! One question though, what does "bleeds my stone" mean? |

| I'm still baffled as to why people think the third album is so different? Hm, just my opinion. But as soon as I heard this song, I referred back to "Automatic Stop" from Room on Fire; I can't explain it, but Red Light really reminds me of it. Both amazing songs as are all Strokes songs. | |

I really don think it's too different, I love the strokes and no matter how many times they "change" and how many people hate them, I always will love them. Unless they go country. |

Ha, I absolutely love how none of the radio stations where I am play the Strokes(:. And that wasn't sarcasm, I really do love that! |

Personally, I don't think the sound is that different. It's still classic Strokes music to me. And I love it! |

| The Strokes – The End Has No End Lyrics | 17 years ago |

I'd like to start by saying that I was watching an interview in which Jules said that their songs don't have political messages. I don't want to burst bubbles, but a lot of you are wrong. Whatever101, I completely agree with your interpretation of the song. I want to add that it's kind of like how humans are always transitory and we never think about what were doing, we just follow a routine. I also think that the end of the song, which is the same guitar riff played in the beginning as well,is meant to refer back to the title, showing how the end of the song is just the beginning all over again, hence "the end has no end" . The chorus to me is saying like there's no time to worry about these things, like they don't fit in the routine. "won't you take a walk outside? oh no." Like no, I can't take a walk becaus there's no time for it. "1 9 6 9/6 3 whats that sound?...keeping down the underground" I think this part is saying with thngs like the JFK assassination, going to the moon, the vietnam war, etc. Things like that, can't be worried about by people because they don't have the time, so they just put it down at the bottom of their list ("keeping down the underground"). |
