I love this song, but maybe it's just me when I hear this song, I instantly connect it to Ride the Wings of Pestilence. I know Jordan's unique, but I always thought he had a Sonny Moore-esque voice (back in the dear diary days) too. This is why. Ride the wings... "I'll hide you in my walls, your body will never be found, i'll wear your skin as a suit, pretend to be you, your friends will like you more than they use to. Drown the city... "Forget it all, I'll have you buried in my walls. I'll use your skin to cover up my scars" Almost like a part two? but with two different singers, I personally think it's awesome. I really wish Jordan was still with the band, but they're pretty alright now. |

Now, I can't explain why, and it really doesn't make too much sense, but I suppose it could work. Here's what i hear. "Just be warned, I'll be taking my SUNDOWN with me." I doubt its right, but from the way he vocalizes it, it sure sounds like it. |
