Bob Dylan – Where Are You Tonight? Lyrics 13 years ago
Agree with both of you. I tend to think of this song somewhat historically, though maybe I shouldn't. It is the last song on the last album before he converts fully to Christianity and Christian music. In that context the end of the song, beginning with the forbidden fruit line seem very personal.

Bob Dylan – What Was It You Wanted Lyrics 15 years ago
I think in a way this song is a discussion between the artist and his audience with both sides asking questions and answering with questions. Consider Dylan's status at the time in 1989 after a unsuccessful decade(for him). He talks of his "show" and "record been breaking". Perhaps the whole theme is the artist questioning himself and his ability. This would also tie into his book Chronicles and his discussion of the making of this record.

Bob Dylan – No Time to Think Lyrics 15 years ago
Sounds like vomit to me... Dylan writes it as "anger" on his website for what it's worth.

Bob Dylan – Santa-Fe Lyrics 17 years ago
These are the same lyrics shown on Dylan's own site, but they seem very different from the recorded version on Bootleg Series 2. Is there another recorded version of this song on a different album? The last verse especially, I don't hear anything about an ice cream cone...
