I think the meaning of this song is very clear, as sierra said. It's about still being in love with someone that you were previously with, while they have moved on; and regretting some of the things that you said or did that led you to where you are now, without them. Also, I think the lyrics are actually "What we had is come and gone" rather than "What we had, is coming on." |
