| I'm actually pretty sure this song is about being the other guy. Like the girl is married, but she's cheating on him with the guy who's perspective the song is from. They're using his backseat because they can't go anywhere else and their affair is a routine. And the disease is love and the remedy is sex but because it isn't with her significant other it's bad. And she's telling him he doesn't bother her like he did. If this is really what it's about the title fits too. Because he's asking like why do guys get married when they're girl is really sleeping around. | |
