no, cause the story behind miz biz is something along these lines.. hayley wrote it about a girl who minipulated one of her close friends and changed him into this really closed off person. the guy was with the manipulative girl, and couldnt see what she was doing to him, all the while hayley and all their close friends were trying to stop this girl and make the guy see what a bitch she was. hayley eventually made him realise what this girl was doing to him and they hooked up in the end. i cant be botherd to explain much more, but the guy is 'probably' josh (im not argueing about it, it just is, ok), and so this song is like his side of what happened. he might be talking as if hes this girl, like defending her. cos all his friends could see what she was doing to him, and would be attacking her (not litteraly, lol), but he wanted to back her up saying shes 'so much more than this dirty whore...' etc. i cant see how it could be anything else. maybe him defending himself? cos he would feel his friends are being horrible to him? idk idk. |

ngl, this is one of the songs im most excited to hear. i understand most people think the lyrics are cheesy, but i like it :) and a music video for this song would RULE. dont even try and deny it, you all want to see hayley in a big princess's dress and the guys dressed as princes. |

This sounds like a person who was once a nice/happy/kind or whatever person, and thats who the writer of the song knew. But now it seems he has completely changed. He seems empyt, alone and emotionless - "He didn't cry when the preist gave the sermon". I think possibly "Driver, what happened to these buildings they all look so run-down and so forlorn" could be a metaphor for himself and he's wondering what happened to him and why he's become this person. He obviously dosen't like the person he's become - "shivering on the bedroom floor" as in he's just broken down and depressed. And also with "it reminds him of how he falls" The celebity part as someone said before makes sense with the whole penthouse, gold watch thing. The reason this person has changed so much is because of his money and fame. Umm, yeh that didnt make much sense but you catch my drift. |
