I'm sorry, and I know it's mean, but I HATE CHRISTIANS. Well, one's who are really into it anyway. You people (yes, I said you people) piss me off. Just because it's a Christian Band does not mean that every song that they write is about god. Actually, I think that the entire Awake and Comatose both have near nothing to do with god so stfu about it!

It surprises me that nobody has yet realized that this and the Awake album is one story about a guy who slipped into a coma, and is remembering all the times that he has had with the person he loves (his girlfriend) who is waiting for him to wake up. They're both realizing that they can't live without eachother, and then when he finally wakes up (Awake album) he goes too far, they both make mistakes, and end up apart. I can't tell which, but either the girl herself or the child they had together dies.

I'm not sure...Before I read these comments I thought it meant the girlfriend that was sung about in all of this album and Comatose and that she had died and he was so sad about it because he wasn't able to make things right with her, but it could just as well be about a baby that they had together.
Hmmm..You'd almost have to ask the writer of the song the true meaning of this one. |

I think it is about vampirism because this band is all about bats, and most all of their album covers have bats. Bats= vampire. So... why would they sing a song about rape that could also be about vampirism when they're all into bats? |
