This is one of the CRINGIEST songs ever. It's using the Christian platform to paint a white trash hard rock view on Islam. This is like Limp Bizkit came back and started a Christian band. A bunch of dudes in a crappy Christian band sat around wondering why they couldn't write a fight anthem....and one put down his Dr. Pepper Red and said "bros, let's write a song about fighting terrorists." and the rest of them were like..."bro, yusss. but let's make sure that we write it so it could get featured in some 8th grade kid's angst anthem playlist." and then bro #1 was like "yup....those terrorists are gonna fear America when we sing this song."
But then no terrorist ever heard it because they don't listen to crappy Christian music serving up self-righteous platitudes while trying to walk the line of being a Christian band or just another terrible hard rock band appealing to lowest common denominator white trash who wear Metal Mullisha hats. |

The lyrics are awesome, but the musical feel of the drums and guitar in the background make an incredibly intense emotional feeling. You can feel the music pulling at your soul, especially once its the vamp after the chorus and its just him humming with the guitar and the drums and it builds and builds. You can feel your heartstrings get pulled. |

I feel that its all about how people are uncaring and I imagine a young girl who needed help and no one saw fit to help her out until she died. I think we should all consider helping people more if we really knew what they were going through. "Good feet feel good giving up good boots" |

I feel like he's poking fun at himself because songwriteres love feeling low. It keeps us inspired. But we also hate feeling that way too. Its hard to explain. I like the part "I wont kiss her, but I'll stare her up all night" Thats really good. |
