i think the song is amazing it's so good, love it, i do think it's about drugs but it makes the most sense if you think about it in relation to crack, i.e help i have done it again. and feeling alone, "be my friend, hold me" like feeling comforted by it, and "warm me up, and breathe me" that's how you take it, i think it can be interpreted as the drugs talking to her, "wrap me up, unfold me" i.e put in some paper, take it home, and the songs about How it comforts her, how it's there for her, but she knows it shouldn't be like this. and the lows of it, "Ouch I have lost myself again Lost myself and I am nowhere to be found, Yeah I think that I might break I've lost myself again and I feel unsafe" as well as the highs. |

i agree that she's in love with someone, but i think that because she feels so camouflaged, like it's never going to happen as she feels so distant "I stand spanning at your distant wings," that she doesn't want to feel how she is feeling as she cannot find anyone else to compare, "I long to be apart" I isolate my heart You've drawn me into your world Now I, too, spin limbless, and thus feels totally hopeless and doesn't like it.
