Hey! This is called "The Tooth Dream" by some people. It's where in your dream, somehow your brain starts to focus on your mouth or your teeth and then they start falling out, sometimes even more teeth than you have. It's a very very scary experience that I'm thankful I've never had. One person said that this album could have to do with dreams in a way ,and then Aaron saying that his album was a little bit about his affected sleeping pattern. So I thought of this song and this line and thought of The Tooth Dream. I was like "Wow." Especially because I only just learned about it today. Aaron should have written about a lucid dream. :D |

| Blindside – Eye Of The Storm Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| I think the "Love is in the air tonight, so just breathe." could be about works as a Christian compared to God's grace. We don't have to earn it, just breathe. | |

| This song makes me appreciate Josh Dies's vocabulary | |
| Showbread – I Think I'm Going To See You Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| This is my favorite song on the album. It's beautiful lyrically and musically. And finally, FINALLY Showbread has a decent guitar solo! I even go as far as to say it's awesome. Best first stanza of a song ever, by the way. | |

First off, Bennie: Get your head out from your rear end. I'm not saying this because I disagree with what you say, I'm saying it because you're being a douche about it. Not everyone agrees with what the song is saying, and that's why we have this site - so people can compare ideas about what the song means. When people write songs, they have something on their hearts, which is why they write lyrics. True, music is an art, but it isn't an abstract art. It isn't always straightforward, but it always has a meaning. Except for 95% of mainstream music. That's just.... crap. Shadrack, that was an great description and I'm so happy that you had that moment with God. I've been having doubts myself about God but recently... He's given me reasons to believe he is real. There has to be SOMETHING that has been there from the beginning. THE Beginning. The Big Bang happened as a result of pressure, correct? Where did that pressure come from? It just doesn't make sense for me that something would just come out of nothing without a higher entity being involved. And he is such a beautiful God to give us a life like this and... I can't explain it. It's just great. It's such an odd concept. I'm glad you had that moment. Now this song... I identify with the "So why don't we just walk along the shoreline with our silent song? Cause I believe in silence. Our hearts speak the same words, the same words." part. It's talking about how we don't need to be theatrical when we're talking to God. That is one thing I absolutely HATE that some pastors do. (don't worry, I'm not against pastors - I love them. My Dad was one. This is just some pastors that I'm talking about.) I hate the theatrics that people try to put into praying. It's a communication with God. It can be vocal, it can be anything. I'd just rather it be true talking with God than just words to satisfy the people around you. (sorry if I'm rambling) God wants to talk to you, and amazing things can happen when you do. This song proves that Blindside isn't a religious band. (Religion as I'm defining it here is a set of rules to be followed because of faith) Blindside is a band that has an intimate relationship with God. God gave us these rules so that we would know when we're sinning ad... Just to make things better. I mean, who wouldn't want to live in a world where people were always just considerate and completely concsious? God wants that kind of world. He just wants those things that he said to be how we should be living. He always loves us. Which is - back to praying - why we can love him back and talk to him. So, yeah. That's my opinion. Sorry if I rambled a bit, I just love my opinion because I'm perfect. :D No, really, I want to have a correct opinion so... Yeah. Um... Hm. Well that's what I think. Bennie, I was being as harsh to you, if not less, as you were to everyone else. Uh... Thanks Shadrack. And... That's it. Stop reading this now. NOW. IT'S OVER! Stop looking down to see if there's more. There isn't. Because I'm finished. |

Showbread in an interview said this song was like a letter to God. An imperfect person talking to a perfect, non-judgemental one. Yay for Showbread for being humble with their talent. Yay for Reese Roper for being so talent and willing. We don't deserve a single thing that God gives us and yet he'll let us into heaven. Showbread humbled themselves right here at God's feet and they weren't afraid to put that on one of their best albums. That's pretty awesome, and more people need to start seeing that side of Christianity rather than the righteous and the hypocritical. |

| Chasing Victory – Zombies (Oceans Away The Sequel) Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| It's really just a fun sequel to their other song "Oceeans Away". Though I'm probably wrong. A lot of these Fiends songs have a lot of double meaning. | |
| Showbread – War Song Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| Oh my goodness I want this album so badly. A lot of these songs sound great. This song is a personal struggle for me as conformitty is a HUGE struggle for my friends and I at school. Rock on, Showbread. | |
| House of Heroes – Baby's a Red Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| Oh, I love this song! It's about an American who falls in love with a Commie! They used to call communists "Reds" back in the day. | |
| House of Heroes – The Young and the Brutal Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| If any of you don't know what this song is, it's the bonus track in/after Field of Daggers on The End is Not the End. If you bought the album off iTunes, I think it's a separate song. Yay you! :D | |

Come on dude, it's a Christian band. Chill. The song's about letting go of the things you've done and not worrying about it and asking for forgiveness every day. The "brainwashing" is just talking about the meaning of the song and that unbelief is the only thing you need to be sorry for. They're not trying to shove it down your throat. |
