yea, it's a 2 in one cover of (1st - hot chocolate boy by beat happening, & then of forming by germs) I think to Courtney the 2nd (Germs) part in the cover is... well about "being on top" -as the lyrics go. Wanting to be the "best" (band?) & getting knocked down (from the top) - since she seemes she likes that topic. (being made fun of in shool/bullied.. & then being all kickass & famous) :S also she might like the "i'm bigger then" line cause she's so tall. haha I think in the song she adds the line "do you know what it's like to be on top?" - (which the germs don't have) - which I think refers to being famous, rich, successful or whatever. the beat happening part feels like it's there just for fun & maybe that it's kinda horny... i'm wondering if there's also a bit of a gay/bi subtext in the hot chocoate boy one especially since it's originally being song by a guy.. - which i could see her singing just for fun. :S I dunno |

-anti-conformity ... not standing by/standing up for what the things you like/believe in, & just going along with the crowd, not expressing the part of yourself that dosen't fit in with the crowd. -that's what i got |
