this is waht i think: it's a boy and girl. ha. umm. they had a relationship. then the girl started to act different and seemed to lose interest and never said anything (you were just hiding it so well; you gave me no sign, no interest. you don't really want this). maybe the boy (who is singing) tried to keep things going, but finally realized it just wasn't gonna happen (i'll just let it go, for you) so he just let go. and the chorus talks about him letting go and just shows that she really didn't care about the relationship (are you gonna try to save yourself). and then the guy says if she would ever try to give a second look, she'd be back. but she wont. anyways, i know it's kinda long, but that's my interpretation of these lyrics. let me know what you think. |
