Yes that's why it's called Don't Cry (Alternate Lyrics) on Use Your Illusion II.

Guns N' Roses – It's So Easy Lyrics 16 years ago
It's about how easy life is in general (not just women) when you're famous. They're saying they can do whatever they want and not have to pay the consequence. At the end it starts talking about how life is so easy that it bores them and they need to do more dangerous and exciting things to spice life up. Also they say that people just melt for celebrities, so even though he has no money, the girl will follow him and do what he wants because he's famous.

Guns N' Roses – Riad n' the Bedouins Lyrics 16 years ago
Riad = Love. Bedouins = Nomads. This song talks about how life is for wanderers and homeless people in the Middle East and how no one (especially in the Western world) really cares about them.

Billy Joel – Only The Good Die Young Lyrics 16 years ago
I think it's just about young people giving up their lives for religion before they have a chance to experience the world. I think he's just saying make the most of your life while you're alive. I didn't catch the virgin thing until I read these posts and I'm still not sure that's what it's about.

Billy Joel – Christie Lee Lyrics 16 years ago
Sax isn't an innuendo for sex, he actually means she only likes him for his music. In this case it's about Christie Brinkley only liking him for his piano and musical ability.

Guns N' Roses – Rocket Queen Lyrics 17 years ago
This isn't Axl's song, it was written all by Izzy Stradlin: "I wrote this song for this girl who was gonna have a band and she was gonna call it Rocket Queen. She kinda kept me alive for a while. The last part of the song is my message to this person, or anybody else who can get something out of it. It's like there's hope and a friendship note at the end of the song. For that song there was also something I tried to work out with various people—a recorded sex act. It was somewhat spontaneous but premeditated; something I wanted to put on the record."
—Izzy Stradlin An Interview With The Gunners, Hit Parader - March 1988
