Acctucally most of yall are wrong, it is "medically speaking, you're adorable" i think this song means: he is falling for a girl who isn't really high maintnence, shes affordable, but he likes to spoil the girls he dates, and he really likes her so he wants her to act high maintnence so he can spoil her. but he cant get a hold of her to talk to her. |
