I was reading some of the opinions on the meaning of this song and I think it could be a relationship or the drugs. It makes sense on both of them but then again, he says "So I'll stay out all night, Get drunk and fucking fight". If it was drugs he would be running to alcohol instead? and fight. Might as well stay on the drugs because alcohol and fighting can get you into trouble too. But then again I guess it's how you look at it. I like to think of it as a relationship gone wrong. :D |

It explains itself. There's nothing to explain. My cousin showed me this song and I loved it. And at the time that I heard it, it was summer. I kinda had this thing going on with this girl. (extremely complicating) but I was like wow, that reminds me of her. I was heels over head for her. She never understood. Anyways, one time we were at this amusement park and we were in the bumper cars and as soon as we got in one this song came on. It was like moment. It was amazing. It was ironic. I'll never forget that. :) I love it. |

This song confuses me. I know what I think about the song but then like i read what people think it's about and it makes me think. Aw man. I have no idea :/ But I love the way it's rock then it gets a sick beat to it, "If your stomach feels weak then my work here is done" which i think means, he's trying to make her feel the way he did when she did whatever she did to him. "All You Wanted" gives me a sad feeling for some reason. Like the passion in her voice trying to get the attention of a guy saying, "look dude, I'm RIGHT HERE. I'm here for you!" I watched an interview with her and she was saying that all her songs have meaning to them about real life things she's been through or something like that but then again I can't quite remember. I think this song is about more than just getting wasted and partying. Its a state of mind. In the chorus, she says "Just dance gonna be okay, da da doo doo Just Dance!" which basically is saying to forget your worries because in the end everything will be okay. The first time I heard this song I was like it's okay. It's catchy. But once I actually took the time to listen to it, I was like wow. This song makes me look optimistically at life and my worries. In the end, everything will be okay. but until that time, Just Dance!!! It's a state of mind. &&the song itself is straight up ADDICTING! :) |
