well TO ME : at the begining of the song he says "Cause I canot come back home util they're singing La, la la la, la la la",meaning he needs time to think about the relatinoship?? and almost at the end of the song you hear everybody singin "la la la la la la la " meaning hes ready to take it to the next step, BUT then she says "You know you can't give me what I need And even though you mean so much to me I can wait through everything",meaning is too late? then he says "Is this really happening? I swear I'll never be happy again And don't you dare say we can just be friends I'm not some boy that you can sway We knew it'd happen eventually" as in DAMN i took too long to make up my mind i knew this was gonnna happend! idk i thik theres more to it! great song tho! |

such a cute song..to me is about loving someone soo much that you are willing to see them happy with someone/or doing something else. "but you can set sail to the west if you want to and past the horizon till I can't even see you far from here where the beaches are wide just leave me your wake to remember you by" i willing to let you go but ill hold on to our memories.
