Spot on. I love when you read a thread and everybody has got the song totally wrong but one person sums it up perfectly. That person is you. The song isn't about him finishing too quickly. The song is about how he is an inconsiderate lover and this makes her doubt he really is the nice guy she thinks he is. |

I think Metropolis is almost spot on. His reading is a good one, but I wouldn't say it was to do with schizophrenia. I would just say it's to do with being a very introverted, loner type of person, someone unhappy. It's about being alone and scared and insecure but everyone else thinking you're fine. I'm guessing how he felt at the time. It's quite a sad song to me because he's talking about "so many people" and how these people need help etc. Really he's talking about himself though. It's like he wants to help himself but can't. |
