The singer Steve used to work for a PA hire guy called 'Del'. He didn't pay much but supplied sandwiches and crisps (potatoe chips to you 'mer-cans). It was a song written specially for the Short Music comp' (Fat Wreck). The Del On Earth Pt III was merely a play on Hellraiser (Pt III - Hell On Earth).
