Let me explain one thing about the endless war. There will always be more people who say that Metallica is better than Megadeth. The reason is simple and it comes down to the marketplace. The name Megadeth is unpalatable to the ordinary man. It will never be acceptable at mainstream level. It is only because of their achievments musically that mainstream acknowledges them. Now to answer who is truly better. They were peers without equals until Metallica sold out. There is no other way to explain it. You do not change teams ever. Anyway all of the above is my opinion except the bit about the names. If the names of the bands had been reversed from the beginning Metallica would have never been anything other than independently underground. |

| This is a great song along with "shed no tears". Nothing else they have come close. They could have had heaps of great songs if they took their music more seriously. Again where are other peoples comments. | |
