The lyrics leave the meaning of this song wide open. Personally, I feel like the narrator is someone who realizes he's in love. The only problem is, he's already with someone. Probably someone not so nice, who instead of letting it end, continues to string out the relationship by begging for his forgiveness for the things she does knowing nothing will ever change. The song is like closure to the relationship, telling her that while crying and begging for forgiveness usually works this time it won't because he's destined to be with someone else. The video, I have no clue about. |

When you're committed they make you go to group sessions three times a day and it's you and all the other patients in the room with the therapist and you just go around the room telling your story and your problems and it really is one big show. I think this song is literally about killing a business associate, whether it be a manager, or record exec, I'm not sure. Oh god then you awoke You started screaming through the duct tape Don't ever think I'm letting you go I'm busy digging you a hole Now you'll be living in a dirt room Breathing through the a straw of your own I really think that this is fun for the money I'll make it comfy for the time wasted making you rich I want to cover you in ants, bees, and honey Then take a picture for the cover of our album. I love the line, I really think this is fun for the money. It seems like he's saying that the experience of getting back at the guy is worth the money that was stolen from him. My guess is maybe the person who dropped them from the label the first time maybe. |

That Breaking Dawn concert is going to haunt us Blue October fans forever. This site is about the meaning of a song, and I can guarantee you, none of these songs were inspired by Twilight. They may reflect feelings from situations in the books, but that's what makes Justin's lyrics so meaningful. He can take a feeling, put it into words, and make it into a song that can mean something different to 50 people and be relevant in all 50 situations. IMO this song is a love song. A happy one. The world is ending there's a party by the bay I'll wear my suit and tie, would I and I toss into The way you put that smile upon my face (yeah) I see that as, even though the world is ending, he doesn't care because he has her. |

| What I took from the song was a story about growing. I get the feel that he's singing the praises of his perfect family in the first verse, the second verse is pretty much the same but the middle of it has a hint of bad. And then the thirst verse is all about a family falling apart and changing (Open your eyes... a new song 'cuz the family's wrong, So don't lecture me.) I feel like as he gets older and the family changes, he's realizing they are not perfect. | |

hey flathead don't you get mean she's the second best killer that I have ever seen they don't come much more sick than you This segment is what makes me think that flathead is a girl. He's trying to justify sleeping with a girl to another girl by saying they don't love each other and she's not as good of a girl as flathead. |
