This is likely way off...however, after visiting my father on his deathbed, I got in the car and this song was playing. Maybe because of that, the song always reminded me of him and how we could have had a better relationship. Sooo...this is not about a girlfriend for me. |

| I love this song but that could because I have overplayed all the others. Anyway, I think this song is about Eddie and the second breakup of the original Van Halen. The "stuff" and the "supermodel" he refers to is the original Van Halen. Dave is basically saying that Eddie is a liar and that is what broke them up. | |
