| Tokio Hotel – Phantomrider Lyrics | 16 years ago |

"Gas and blood Is all I've got In you I trust The final exit's passing by The wheel's run free Under me It's you I feel A million sparks are falling down I turn the wheel around" This entire first verse is missing, by the way. Hopefully someone fixes it soon. Anyway, according to Tokio Hotel's Bill Kaulitz, "It's about being close to someone you never really met before. You want to escape from something and you want this ghost-like soulmate to come away with you because it's the only thing you have faith in. The track carries hope." This song could be taken in so many different ways and even Bill's explanation leaves so much open to personal interpretation and expansion. This is probably the most beautiful song on the album to me. Another little tidbit. The lines: "Now I'm here No more fears Angel don't you cry I'll meet you on the other side" These lines are sung by a girl in the German version. His phantom companion. |

This song is really pretty, but really simple. Nothing too cryptic to me. The narrator is lost and fallen. He doesn't know himself anymore. I think the "blood" line paints it out to be pretty dark. Is it his own blood (cutter)? Or is it someone else's (turned killer)? I lean more toward the second option, but it's intentionally vague so someone can interpret it the way they want which is always nice. Whatever his demon is, he's calling out to his love to save him from it and bring him back to life. |

I LOVE this song first of all. It's so pretty. I have no idea why it wasn't included on the main track list. The narrator paints two people out as apathetic and damaged, but in love. A screwed up love, but love nonetheless. He says they're falling, tearless angels. Their life is just plain messed up but it doesn't matter because neither of them care. They're figuratively "tearless" unlike most angels who care. He makes it clear that they are madly in love anyway and that dreams are just a point of view. Everyone's are different. They're okay with their empty and screwed up lives as long as they're together. He even says they're "fallen angels", but still feel like they lie in heaven with each other. Just my interpretation of course. This is a beautiful song. <3 |

| Beautiful song, and I agree it's very self explanitory. | |
| Lunatica – Words Unleashed Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| A pretty obvious message. Speak out. Don't be a corporate slave. | |
| Apoptygma Berzerk – Shine On Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| Okay this song seems like it's about a girl at one of those hippie houses in the seventies and decending into deeper and deeper drug use. Seriously. This is a pretty ambiguous song. | |
| Boys Like Girls – Up Against The Wall Lyrics | 16 years ago |

When I first listened to this song I always imagined it from the point of view of a girl who has ended or really wants to end an abusive relationship...I know that's definitely not what the song was about, but that's what I heard... Probably because I took the "threw me up against the wall" part literally. The line about a warning sign made me think of an abusive relationship as well. Please don't yell at me. I know I'm wrong. It's just how I originally interpreted it. XD |

You know I think I was a little to vague with my interpretation. I know she wants a Simple and Clean life, but to her boyfriend that's impossible and she's asking to much to achieve her wish. He walks out on her. In a way her thirst for the simple complicated things. She has a very childlike mentality. It sounds like she doesn't want to grow up to me. She doesn't want responsibilty or to look to the future and so her guy leaves her. He does leave her ("when you walk away") and she WAS to demanding (all of his dialogue). :P |

| Tokio Hotel – On The Edge Lyrics | 16 years ago |

Ha. Of course it can mean whatever you want, but to me it definitely points more towards drugs. I know my reply is WAY late, but I'll give it to you anyway. "Its getting light outside She is still there but no one cares They sang her Happy Birthday yesterday without her Do you want to see yourself flying through the night? This gift is what you need You're gonna be alright Eyes close and fall" Okay this girl is at a paty. Her birthday party. And someone introduces her to drugs. Since when do people cut recreationally in a group at a party?? The gift that promises to make her fly seems like drugs of some sort to me.. "Her first time on the edge The scars will stay forever Side to side with death A moment that feels better Darkness and light are blinding her sight She's not coming back" Drugs leave really bad memories in your life. you can really remember it forever. That's what the scars could very likely be. Mental scars. Alternately, if it's not needle scars...The chorus just seems like drug induced state to me... "Its getting light outside She cannot sleep 'cause time stands still Someone's hand is touching her, she has no will Each time when it hurts, she just feels so alone She doesn't care at all Her memories are long gone Eyes close and fall" The party's gone into the morning and she's completely tripping out. Drugs like heroin can make someone feel really alone and mess you up at the same time. "She shuts the door She longs for more and more And more She shuts the door She longs for more and more And more Just once more Everyone is watching Her arms are so sore But she doesn't care anymore" Drugs are addicting. I don't know of anyone who cuts in front of people. It's a shameful habit generally people don't want anyone to know they cut. Needles make your arms really sore, but drug addicts don't care because the high is worth it. Like I said, of course it can mean something else to you, but TH commented that it's about drugs and to me that's pretty clear. |

This song is definitely about drugs and not cutting. The "On the Edge" bit is not metaphorical for a razor. I suppose it should be, but I think it means just what it says. When you take drugs you really are on the edge. The scars on her arms are from needles. This song reminds me of the book "Go Ask Alice". |

| You know I've always wondered why this song is the theme to the first KH. The lyrics do not fit in with the game...Like at all. It's about a girl who's remembering a guy who left her because she's too demanding...Well the English version is anyway. | |

"Cutting through just ike champagne petals sprinkled over the blackest sea urban stars will shine, electric, they keep on calling. As they beckon I'm enamored of the sight. No, everything won't be alright for me tomorrow. Tomorrow may not come." Here he's heading towards the city at night with his suicidal thoughts. The urban stars are electric lights illuminating a city at night. "Ascending slowly with hopes of finding one small moment of clarity I escape the blackness cast upon me." He's heading to the top of the building hoping for something to make sense. "I still can't see as you bind me, murder me from miles away. I will finish this today for you. Tomorrow means nothing." This is where the song gets telling. He's pissed at someone. Someone hurt him, and he's going to kill himself as a sort of revenge method. "Immobile lights will fly tonight. We'll watch them pass together as we part the rising sky. I won't die without you. These breathtaking heights lend sparkling sights but we won't fall forever. Tightly bound we'll chase the ground, I won't die without you." And now he's falling with this person on his mind. "Descending quickly with hopes of sharing all the things you've shared with me, I'll chase the digital eye's below me. Through them you'll see as I fall with digital omniscient eyes capturing me one last time for you. Tomorrow you will see. This is a breakthrough. Oh, forget me not. This is my breakthrough. Oh, forget me not. We you see me soaring and the lights are screaming, you'll forget me not." Cameras are on him. Likely news cameras as he's doing this in public. And he's hoping to give him or her all the pain they gave him by killing himself. He or she will see it the next day on the news. He's hoping they'll never forget him. |

| Yes, this song is definitely a guy who keeps on going back to the same girl even though he knows he shouldn't. I like the idea of a prostitute. | |
