it's not about ashlee... none of the songs are about ashlee and the baby!! the song that says "then came a baby with long eyelashes" is totally not about the baby because it was written way before the pregancy. |

it's political, and it is most *definitely* about obama... they said that this album is one of the most political albums of 2008. When he's writing this, I think he was putting himself in the place of Obama (dealing with the whole fame issue) As far as the ending, I think Patrick was just showing off his amazing composing skills for a lead-in to "the best song they've ever written" according to them, "What A Catch, Donnie". |
