| I think its the end of some sort of relationship. It was obviously a bad end perhaps what the marks left on my clothes is referring too. Also it seems the other person tried to make him feel guilty or do something to hurt him so that they could feel better about themselves. I believe the winter came part is simply to a reference to the time it happend or what came afterwards. The band is from Wisconsin which im also from and for many people here winter is the death of something to a lot of people. I know this song hits home whenever its cold, dark, and snowy here and something is going wrong in my life. Awesome band and im so proud that a group of metal/metalcore musicians this great came from my home state. Gives us other bands hope. | |
