I think it could be about how religion can take your hope and life away. You spend your life praying, sacrificing, and hoping for God to help you out but he never comes. You Soul is frozen because you have to do what God says rather than what you believe is right. I am also certain that what God wants and what religious leaders tell you he wants are two different things entirely. And for all you people bitching about the War in Iraq I would like to point out that Clinton fought wars in both Serbia and Somalia. If you look at the death statistics that congress puts out you will see that just as many if not more troops died during the Clinton Administration as have died during the Bush Administration. Also note that Clinton's "American Dream" plan forced banks to give loans to anyone seeking them or else face federal discrimination charges. The only loans that poorer Americans could afford at the time were Adjustable Rate Mortgages. At the time the question was asked whether this would cause a rise in loan defaultment. They ignored it all in the name of "affordable housing" How do you like your "affordable housing" now? The large majority of middle and lower class families' wealth is in their houses. With the lowering value of houses and rising interest rates people couldn't afford to stay in their houses or spend money on anything to put money back into the economy. But Clinton is the hero and Bush fucked over the economy and kills millions of soldiers? Hipocracy anyone? |
