This could be about somebody he made up himself in his mind, and then he fell in love with her. This song could be about a girl he loves but he can't get. "I'd do anything to have her to myself Just to have her for myself Now I don't know what to do I don't know what to do When she makes me sad " - He is sad, because he knows he will never have her. "I don't wanna be this" and "I won't let this build up inside of me" - I think it means that he tries not to be obsessed about her. He wants to keep her away. He wont let her build up inside of his mind, he's afraid of getting mad of her. "She isn't real" - he tryes to convince himself that this girl does not excist, he tries not to care for her and think about her. He tries to forget her. "I can't make her real" - it doesn't matter what he does, he will never get her and she won't be "real". I also think it sounds like he thinks he doesn't deserve her, and that he's like a monster or something. I don't know for sure if this is what this song really means, but it makes a bit sense to Vermilion to. A wonderful song, it means a lot to me. It feels so deep, so real and pure. Also Vermilion is a greate song to. |

For me, this song is about how Corey (or Slipknot..) can touch people's heart and mind with the music. They can really make me emotoinal sometimes. But I think this song can mean different things to diffrent persons. It might be about love. I'ts like a virus for some of us, but it doesn't have to harm everybody. But I don't know, that's just a teory :P Love this song, probably their best. Stay fucking [sic] |
