I went to a Whitlams concert only a month or so sgo where they played this song. I'd like to say that Tim Freedman does an excelent stage show. in the lead up to this song he said in very simple terms what the meaning of the song was. Its about a friend who gets into drugs, drinking, etc and moves away to somewhere. . . questionable. Even though you have to move on with your life, you always have hope that they find their way home. safe. |
