In response to those that say that this does have a sort of "lovers" angle. Yes, I totally agree, but that's like a relationship with God. Now, they're not exactly the same, but they resemble each other, because, I mean, who can love you more than an all-powerful God? I don't mean to come off as preachy, but there are a lot of common misconceptions about Christians that I feel are unfair. Like, Christians aren't supposed to have metal bands, we're all supposed to be compliant, conform to the world with church as a side note. But some of us want to do something about our faith and we're ready to go against the flow, against the stereotype. Also, Christians face hardships as well, just because we believe in God, doesn't mean we believe God will grant us an easy life. We need an outlet, a good scream, just as much as anyone else. |
