I think Snow is a metaphor. Snow could be a name, or nickname, for all we know. Cause he says "that snow is safe", if it was actual snow he was talking about it would be "that THE snow is safe". It sounds logical that way. Maybe it's as simple as a break up song? He's thinking through it "tonight", and even though it's two years ago, it doesnt pass like he thought it would. he still thinks about it. and that he was fooled by her: "I cannot be mislead like that". It's a beautiful song! can't listen to it enough! |
