P-a-i-n. their is no "age limit" to hating your self and your body. so get over yourself. unless you've really been there, not just doing it as a fad, or to be cool than you have no fucking idea dude. like she covers her scars, like all "real" i guess you would call it, cutters do. they dont want people to know and judge them. So to people who think its middle school than screw you because look at your clostest friends, about 1 in 7 kids self harm. yeah. anyways love this song, that just pissed me off. |

Perfect. Ive got nothing to add that could possably make this song the sligtest bit better. Its so freeking powerful and really gets what i went through at one point in my life that someone just like this pulled me out of. I wouldnt be here without him. But anyway, it gives me chills, im listening to it now and ive got goosebumps. Amazing. |

I think its about a guy wiht schizophrenia who has a girlfriend that just cant take it anymore. the voices in his head tell him shes cheating on him and hes trying to shut them out and ignore them. And she leaves, she walks out the door, and he looses his mind, the voices get to be too much along with the fact that hes now alone, and he shoots himself, with one last ode to "himself" he talks to his alter-ego and says that his plan the whole time was to get him to commit suicide. |

I 100% agree with cho0xy21's interpertation of this song. Except in the end i kinda think the PERSON IN THE SONG, CHACTER, killed themselves, you know "i found my way out, and you'll never hurt me again" thats just what i always thought of. But as for purple statement, i'm not trying to me an ass but i mean calm down. holy crow is it that epic that you blow up?!?! just take a chill pill, its not importaint, shes singing about the chacter in her song, chacter in the songgg. it could be her but it might not be. And comming from an abusive relationship myself i completly connect with everything she says, he can say he loves her bla bla bla but you never know what it really is. My ex said that he loved me to everyone but he beat the crud out of me. People can lie, is pretty easy, anywho, i love this song, its fantastic and really captures the tone of an abusive relationship well. Well done amy and evanescence, keep it up!! |
