Is it just me but it seems like a sequel to Surrender? Kinda ironic how there are the two lines: "When you and I are alone, I've never felt so at home" and "If this is what I call home, why does it feel so alone?" since they seem to contradict each other, meaning that when they are together they feel whole or something, but they must live far away since when the singer is at "Home" he feels alone.... so he only heels at home with her and feels empty anywhere else apart from her... so true for me and somebody special... :) |

Oh my, I was at a store in my town near my house with my brother and my friend. I found a birthday card labeled under "Romantic Birthdays," and it is one of those cards that play music, and i opened the card and this was the song that was played. Oh my god, it is such a beautiful song, and PERFECTLY written for the Spiderman movies. I love the line: "(she is the one), all that I wanted (she is the one), and I will be haunted (she is the one), this gift is my curse for now" Because it is saying she is all he wants but he's haunted by not being able to be with her since he's Spiderman. His "Gift" of being Spiderman is a curse because he can't be with the one he loves. |
