I think Its a great song, I'm not saying that its their best, but its really a good song. I've been a Placebo fan for about 8-9 years now, and I think that hey are still doing great and I think there's still much more to come ! About the repetition, I think its their to give he the "right" feeling. I don't know how to say it, but if it wasn't there you won't feel the "determination"... he's battling for the sun and no one can stop him or change his mind Brain said : "We've made a record about choosing life, and choosing to live, about stepping out of the darkness and into the light. Not necessarily turning your back on the darkness because it's there, it's essential; it's a part of who you are, but more about the choice of standing in the sunlight instead." I think this helps explain the song, though its kinda clear |
