Well, I think we all really have to look at the meaning of the words. betray- an act of treason the avalon- the island where king arthur and other heroes went to die orion- a constellation, named after hunter in greek mythology i could be wrong but i think hes saying that he wasnt strong enough for something maybe to save something/someone/a relationship? of some sort which would make sense because then he goes on to say If only I had the strength you'd be completely accepting something else possibly he is saying "i cant put up with this anymore just accept whats happening" in the chorus he goes on to say If you keep asking me I'll melt away in the summer air It won't hurt half as much and I'll beg for you to stop it now summer has something to do with the meaning summer is hot ur hot when ur frustrated idk where that leads anything tho the next line is very interesting. its like hes saying that the pain someone is putting him though isnt what it could be so whats the point or half of the pain he could be getting is still too much and he just doesnt no how to handle it thats my take on the first little bit but im too tired to do the rest lol |

yeh so a lot of u r off i saw them at rev gen and got to see their interview they said that it was about not puttin God on the back burner and trying to keep him in ur everyday decisions and difficults. cuz if u didnt no theyre a christian band. |
