Well, to me it isn't necessary a lovesong. It's more like finding something to believe in and to cope with life...it could be love but also something different. I think this person was always very pessimistic about life but now he found something beautiful that made him realize that being alive isn't bad at all (I got a taste of paradise, It's all I really need to make me stay). He sees everything from a different point and realizes all his opportuneties (And I know that I've been released, But I don't know to where). However, after all he isn't scared to die because he knows it's how its supposed to be (And all the gods come down here just to sing for me, And the melody's gonna make me fly, Without pain, without fear.). |
