disagree. but cant make sense of it myself.. but how do you get you should look inside if hes saying "without a look inside" ... ?? im seeing something more like hes handling all this stuff but either has decided not to deal with it OR hes already dealt with it in the past and now hes just handling it and not thinking anymore about it. |

i gotta say def not holocaust. talking about the 'final solution' would be almost too easy if you were talking about the holocaust (for a songwriter, at least)... and i agree with the interesting points earlier made about soilwork, breed, genesis, shaved head, etc. though i don't necessarily think they apply here. the idea of suicide/a breakup definitely fits the lyrics here. "You've traveled a long way to get here. And now it's waking you up.." - sounds like you been working on getting past this part of your life and now you're there. you've realized your goal. and then again, "Watch how it runs, watch how it burns
And it's all a deception. Break it and learn, there's no return. For a presence like mine.. You've traveled a long way to get here..." so break it and learn? like breaking a routine.. u learn that things r better post-changes. just my thoughts. |
