i can't say for sure what this song means, but every time i hear it, i think of my father and my brother. to me the song is a message to my dad from my brother, who holds strong resentment of him(lost inside these thoughts of you) he has always brooded over our fathers actions, though in the end it seems that he's begun to do all of the same things(you i can't separate myself from what i've done) eventually i think he'll realize what's happening and come to realize that the first lines apply to him(Nothin’ ever stops all these thoughts n’ the pain attached to them Sometimes I wonder why this is happenin) |
