Crimson and Clover is a referance to the first song that Caleb heard that made him go "wow" the Followill brothers grew up touring around on church visits with their father. in their religion they weren't allowed to listen to music that wasn't gospel or praising God, so the first time Caleb heard a song that made him have an amazing feeling was Crimson and Clover [i'm pretty sure Caleb said it was by Tommy Jane and the Shondells] while he was in the car with his uncle. this is taken from their interview on The Hour |
