You are right Lionheart7296 in the sense that i am going to dispute you. This song has nothing to do with a girl. Pillar is a Christian band, and i am a strong Christian so to me it is easier to see what i believe this song is about. It is about someone who was caught up in the lies/sins of this world "And I don't why, but it seems I caught the big lie". But this person realizes it and decides that they want to live life in God's eyes rather than in the world's eyes and start doing the right things. "And I'm letting go and reaching out for truth" the chorus then focuses on the person saying that they are on the right path and no one can pull them away from God |
