i LOVE the 3 new songs Spoiled, Slowly, and Nicorette. I think they are some of the best yet, definitely. They just sound awesome and the writing is pretty great, I can't wait to hear better versions, and eventually hear them recorded. but does anyone else think they sound a little bit more like 'Bright Eyes' songs than Conor Oberst songs? I'm probably just thinking that since his CO tour is ending this month and hes gonna go back into writing and recording Bright Eyes, but to me they just feel like BE songs, these 3 songs. I hope at least one of them transitions so it will be on the new album! |
