I love this song. I am also glad I got the Walmart version. & I think the song is pretty self-explanatory, breaking up and moving on. |

I think that this is a song that they wrote so that we WOULDN'T have to sit here and wonder what it's about. You know, like most of their songs have a deeper meaning than what it seems at first, and you have to think about it for a while? But this one is so obvious. Something's been troubling him for awhile, and he's taken care of it, and he now feels free. Problem solved. End of story. & that's about it. It's one of the most amazing songs they've ever made. :) |

No, it really does say "lights on sinking ships are gleaming". You know, like people that're going down, but doing it in style? "Amazing division, how sweet the sound." What a great line. Stephen never fails to amaze me. :) |
