i guess the meaning is pretty obvious. he wanted the girl to be honest with him. their relationship was still the same as when it began and he wanted to fix tht. they were fools, and their relationship was probably a mistake, but he didnt regret it. theyre probably not perfect for one another but they make actually b more alike than they know this reminds me a lot of my exboyfriend. i sometimes think that all that we really needed to fix our relationship was to be more open with one another, but instead our relationship went nowhere. we were fools and the nearly 3 months i spent with him were probably a mistake but im glad i made it and i wouldve done it again because without that bad relationship, i wouldnt realize how much my current bf means to me. ive assumed me and my ex werent meant to be, but maybe we were and just didnt no each other well enough. |

its a pretty literal song. everyone says the girl isnt good for him, but theyre wrong. hes always there for her. he had thought he was invincible, but when they got together, she made him even better. they feel safe around each other and dont need anyone else this song reminds me so much of my relationship with my bf. every1 thinks he's bad for me but they hav no idea how good our relationship is. i need him and he's there for me. i will always b there for him, especially bcuz he has a lot of issues. while most people dont understand him, he makes me happy and im a big part of the reason he doesnt drink or do drugs anymore. he makes me feel safer and more comfortable than i could imagine |
