[Continuation] "I bleed as my way of compensating everything to you How heavy is blood?" It seems the writer is showing his memory of being in that "cell" that I imagine, which is , most likely, a thick memoir. He shares to his loved one his memory of being in that cage by himself as a little boy. Blood, meaning the amount of memory. In an off sort of way, the author "bleeds" out his memories to compensate to that person. |

"The merry-go-round playing alone" I belive this represents the loneliness that the writer feels in his heart, or that no one wants to be near him at the time. "Left to be just taken Left to be just damaged" These parts remind me of an obandoned child with no hope left in his/her mind. "I put my hand on the heavy and closed door The remains of the parade The silence laughs along with the fact that I won't be sleeping again tonight" When I read these phrases of the song, I picture a small boy in a dark, cold, and hard cell by himself, unable to sleep in the silence that taunts him. In the corner he waits, for someone to take him away. These are just my thoughts on those few lines that caught my attention. Discussion? |
