i'm quite sure that i read on her website that children of abraham refers to christians, muslims and jews. appeareantly it caused a stir for a while and thus needed clarification. when i saw CS in concert she asked that we request the song be played on radio stations. she said many were not playing it because its too politcal. i think maybe she's talking about soldiers, terrorists, politicians and business people of all nationalities in the first person. often times her lyrics really confuse me. i totally love her |
