It's a beautiful song. I think its talking about a love that's so gotten to him so much so that it feels that the object of his affection, and that thread of emotion never ever leaves him. And he senses it everywhere, thinking that he feels its presence, but yet it doesn't materialize. And he tries to find her in the most common places, like its a routine that they'd eventually meet... and in places of beauty, like the "tallest of trees", "music and song", he sees her too. And while it seems that he's doing the searching, in asking where in the world can "you" be found, it's he who very much wants to be found. |
