recently i fell in love with this song because i can relate it to myself and my best friend. i dont know where she is right now because she ran away from home and wont keep in contact with me. and this song describes how i feel and how we have both lost our innocence. i dont think that is what the song is originally written about but i kind of liked comparing it. |

| i can agree with you with the whole twilight craze. i dont think that this song should be praised because of the mere fact that it was on a popular movie. it is a great song regardless. but i dont think its about drugs (although that is a cool way to think of it) i believe its about a relationship in which one person is not good for the other, naive, person.. but yet they both have a strong interest in the other. | |

this is definitely my all time favorite song.. although it is depressing, id have to say, it sums me up perfectly. "All around me are familiar faces Worn out places, worn out faces" this is talking about loneliness, and how even if you have known somebody for your whole life, you probably don't really know them. i got a totally different meaning for this song. im not sure if it is because i dont look at things from a religious point of view, or if you guys just do that too much.. i feel like this song is talking about love, and how you have to risk getting hurt if you ever want to feel it. "you dont always have to hold your head higher then your heart" my favorite line of the song, and what i interpreted out of it is that you dont always have to think things through, instead just listen to your heart, although that may mean being vulnerable.. it was also saying how you will probably get knocked down a couple of times if you do risk it, but that is a part of the whole experience. |
