does anybody else think this song is about an acid trip? i mean the first part is clearly about her fucking betty's older brother in his van, but after that it sounds like she's talking about an acid trip. "Cinnamon park in a cinnamon daze We were so freaked out But in a really good way" sounds like tripping you're so scared but it's so good. "Started feeling funny when they hit the stage Betty was getting so shitfaced And I could not stop laughing" a lot of times you'll just go into laughing fits when you're on acid. "As I spun all around and I laid on the ground I was amazed at how the clouds just kept moving And they played the same song And they played the chords wrong But I never heard it better" the clouds keep on moving and she's amazed at it and all music sounds so good when you're trippin. "Betty's now in counseling And she's using again" just a drug reference further making me think this is an acid trip. it's a weird really girly song but about something no so girly haha, i like it. |
